Our lifelong learning process is characterized by transformative learning in adaptive, authentic and servant leadership. Mutual learning and inter-vision in a circle of colleague professionals, cooperation and networking are crucial, next to supervision, mentoring and coaching by seniors. Our program offers three areas of leadership, apart and in mutual connection:

  2. In the Crowd
  3. In the Drive

In the Lead
Here different styles of leadership and communication, drives and team roles, are studied and brought into practice. Creative problem solving is one of the focus points.

In the Crowd
In this field focus lays on functioning as a professional musician in different society contexts and leisure culture. Worked out in subjects like cooperation, networking, entrepreneurship and work organizing (ordering, prioritize, delegate, control etc.).

In the Drive
Main point here is: inspiration. Elements of attention are: challenge, motivation, reflection, empathy and authenticity. To practice this we stimulate paradigm shifts in our work forms.
